Zucchini Tomato Casserole Recipe

Try this tempting zucchini tomato casserole recipe to spice up your meals!

4 med zucchini

4 med tomatoes

1 small onion, minced

1 tsp salt

1/2 c bread crumbs

1/4 c grated cheese

Cut ends off squash; cut in 1/4 inch slices. Peel tomatoes and chop. Combine tomatoes, squash, onion and salt. Place in dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, then cheese.

Bake for 15-20 Minutes at 400 degrees.
